1. Shipping Coverage
We offer Pan-India shipping to all serviceable pin codes using reliable courier partners. Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability at the selected pin code.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Prepaid orders are dispatched on priority.
Cash on Delivery orders may require order confirmation via call or message before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines start after dispatch:
Metro cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3–6 working days
Remote or rural areas: 5–8 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, local restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India unless mentioned otherwise on the product page or during checkout.
In rare cases, additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable locations. Customers will be informed before dispatch if any extra charges apply.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A confirmation message or email with the tracking number
A tracking link to monitor delivery status online
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
6. Delivery Delays or Unserviceable Areas
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or situations beyond our control.
If your pin code becomes unserviceable after order placement, we will inform you and issue a refund as per our refund process.
7. Missed Deliveries or Undelivered Orders
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability:
The courier may attempt re-delivery
If the order is returned to us, re-dispatch may require additional shipping charges
Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected pin codes only.
COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled without prior notice.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
