Refund policy

At Thedropkart, we work hard to ensure you receive the right product in perfect condition. Since we deal in fast-moving and hygiene-sensitive products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a wrong product
You received a defective or damaged product

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
The product must be unused and in original condition
A clear unboxing video is mandatory showing the package seal, product, and issue

Requests without an unboxing video or raised after the return window will not be approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Products without an unboxing video
Products damaged due to customer handling
Beauty, personal care, health, or hygiene products once opened
Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Orders returned due to wrong address or customer unavailability

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery
Share your order number, issue details, and unboxing video
Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 working hours

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping based on your location.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

You received the wrong product

Conditions:

Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Only one exchange per order is allowed
Exchange depends on product availability

Exchanges are not provided for change of mind, color preference, or product expectations.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refunds reflect within 8–15 business days after approval

For prepaid orders, refunds are sent back to the same source.
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI shared by the customer.

Refunds will not be issued if:

The product shows signs of use
Original packaging is missing
Unboxing video is not provided
Return request does not meet eligibility criteria

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or missing item:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide a complete unboxing video as proof

Without video evidence, replacement or refund requests cannot be processed.
